Sales plan package includes initial consultation, a meeting to gather information from key personnel, a meeting to touch base on plan 1/2 way through, written plan, a meeting to review plan and 5 calls with any questions for up to 1 year.

The plan can include such areas as:

• Projection for future sales
• New business strategies, including how to generate profitable sales leads
• Wholesale and retail channel development strategies
• Existing business growth strategies, including promoting customer loyalty

The plan will also include budget, time lines, responsibilities of action for you and your staff, and ways to measure your results.
